Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lootli ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and children using the App under parental supervision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Lootli account. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child profiles you create within the App. Children under 13 may only use the App under direct parental supervision and through a parent-managed account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that any child using the App does so under your supervision
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@lootli.app

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person
• Collect or harvest any personal information from other users
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the App

5. Free and Premium Tiers

Lootli is offered in two tiers:

Pricing for the Premium tier will be announced before launch. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the Lootli App and website are owned by or licensed to Lootli. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lootli and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the App's Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, specifically the laws of the State of São Paulo, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
